The Sterling Shoppe uses UPS Ground or USPS for shipping most of our sterling tea sets and sterling accessories. We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $150.00 on destinations within the Continental United States. If you need something sent 2nd day or overnight, please contact us at We will try to accommodate your special needs.

Canadian and International shipments are not automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all Canadian and International shipments.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return anything for any reason. We want you to be 100% pleased with the items you purchase!

If you need to return something, please send an email to within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns to The Sterling Shoppe within 5 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. As soon as we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the purchase price, less shipping cost.

Delivery Time

No Minimum Order Requirement

The Sterling Shoppe has no minimum order requirement.

Sales Tax


Since our Corporate Office is in the state of Georgia, Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).  All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
